Products and information
Pletenine offers handmade products of different kinds. Products in the regular collection are already made. Each listing describes its materials, dimensions, price and availability. Handmade production does not in itself limit your rights. Images labelled AI are virtual presentations; the description and actual product photographs determine the product characteristics.
Prices and payment
Prices are in EUR and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately and the final amount is displayed before you place your order. Card payment through Stripe is intended for regular online orders. Until checkout is enabled, orders and payments cannot be completed in the shop. Card details are entered directly on Stripe.
Ordering and contract formation
Before submitting, you can review and correct products, quantities, address, shipping and the total. The payment-obligation button submits a binding order and takes you to Stripe. A regular online sales contract is concluded when payment is successfully confirmed and the order is marked paid. A reservation or a return from Stripe alone does not confirm payment. An unpaid reservation is released when the payment session expires. We store orders electronically; you may request a copy by email. You may download or print these terms and the withdrawal form. Guest checkout is available in Slovenian, English and German.
Dispatch and delivery
In-stock products are dispatched within two working days after payment is received. Saturdays, Sundays and Slovenian public holidays are not working days. This is a dispatch deadline, not a guaranteed arrival date. Pošta Slovenije delivers to the countries offered in the basket. The charge depends on destination, chargeable weight and parcel count and is displayed before ordering. Collection is available only when expressly offered. Contact us if delivery is delayed; your statutory rights in the event of non-delivery remain unaffected.
Custom-made products
Custom production is available by agreement. Email trgovina@polonadoo.si with the product type, measurements and wishes such as colour or material. Before a binding custom order, we agree in writing on the specification, final price including shipping, payment method and production or delivery deadline. An enquiry alone is not a binding order. The in-stock dispatch deadline does not apply to custom production.
Consumer right of withdrawal
For already-made products, consumers may notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. For separate deliveries under one order, the period runs from receipt of the last item. Send notice to trgovina@polonadoo.si or our postal address. You may use the form below or any other unequivocal statement; the form is optional. Return or hand over the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Refunds and inspection
We reimburse payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost to you. You may inspect the product as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, but are liable for diminished value caused by further handling. Original packaging is not a condition for withdrawal; please pack the product safely.
Customisation exception
The 14-day no-reason withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s exact specifications and personalised needs where the statutory exception applies. We inform you of this before a binding order. The exception does not automatically cover all handmade goods or an item merely produced after an order is placed. Rights concerning lack of conformity also apply to custom-made goods.
Lack of conformity and damage
The seller is liable for non-conformity present on delivery that becomes apparent within two years. Notify us within two months of discovering it, describe the issue and allow inspection. You can normally first request free repair or replacement within the statutory limits. Conformity must be restored within 30 days, with a justified extension of at most 15 days notified before the original deadline. Where legal conditions apply, you may request a price reduction or terminate the contract. If non-conformity appears less than 30 days after delivery, you may terminate and request reimbursement. Termination is unavailable for a minor lack of conformity. The seller bears the necessary costs of remedying non-conformity. Report transit damage promptly; a carrier report is helpful but is not a condition for statutory rights.
Complaints and applicable rules
Send complaints to trgovina@polonadoo.si, call +386 2 763 00 07 or write to our postal address. We seek an amicable resolution. Slovenian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection applicable in their country of habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. The no-reason withdrawal right described here applies to consumers, not automatically to business purchasers. The terms version in effect when ordering applies to that order.
Polona d.o.o. does not recognise any alternative dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve consumer disputes.
